1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using thesarmad.com or engaging Sarmad Saleem for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.
2. Services Offered
I provide: Web Design, Web Development, Tool Development, SEO, YouTube Automation, Pinterest Blogging and Social Media Marketing. Each project is scoped and quoted individually.
3. Project Agreements
All project engagements are governed by a written scope and quotation. No work begins until:
- A written scope is agreed
- A quotation is approved in writing
- Any required deposit is received
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified:
- A deposit of 50% is required before work begins
- The remaining 50% is due on delivery/completion
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue
- Late payments may pause project work
5. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing required content, feedback at agreed milestones, necessary platform access and prompt responses.
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds within the agreed scope. Additional revisions outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment:
- Client owns all deliverables specific to the project
- I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio (unless confidentiality is requested)
- I retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks or libraries
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. I do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic volumes or revenue. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project.
10. Termination
Either party may end a project engagement in writing. Work completed to date will be invoiced at the agreed rate.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Peshawar, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
